I Used these lights during the Summer months and I will confirm thath they came in at dusk and last all night till dawn. Really good product for the price.

Very bright, durable, and if you make sure they are in a good spot all day, they light up almost all night during the summer days

Some of the ones I received had colorful light, while others were white... it doesn't seem to be stated anywhere

Good build quality, large size, very bright. They last for a long time. Be careful, it is not clearly stated in the instructions, but they require a prolonged press of the button to turn on. They have two brightness levels.
