The Chia bread mix by Sukrin is a ready-made bread mix with Superfood Chia and hemp seeds. It requires only water and baking in the oven, offering delicious, filling bread with minimal carbohydrates.

The 250g package makes 500g of bread, with just 1.5g of net carbs per slice.

This preparation contains no gluten, sugar, wheat, yeast, soy, dairy, and eggs. Sukrin bread mixes are an ideal base for many recipes, from pizza to crepes and burger buns.

Ingredients:

• Dietary fibers (from sugar beet, chicory, peas, fiberfin, sunflower seed, sesame, flax, pea protein, hemp protein 4%, Sukrin, Chia flour 4.8%, inorganic salt, raising agents (potassium bicarbonate, glucono delta-lactone).
• Free from gluten, eggs, sugar, wheat, yeast, soy, dairy.

Keep in a dry and cool place.

Dosage / Use:

• Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
• Mix well the mix with 300ml of water.
• Wait 5’ to absorb the liquids.
• Create the desired shape.
• Bake in the oven for 60’ until it colors (for small buns, the time is 25’).
• The bread can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days and can also be frozen.
