I have had it since January 2023. I have been using it primarily in a swimming pool for swimming and measurements, but also in the sea! I didn't have any problems except that this year the touch screen function of the display was a bit slow in the water, and I had to use the buttons for the corresponding functions, but nothing serious! A plus is that you can find straps in various color combinations very cheaply and change them very easily and quickly!
I don't know if it was just a coincidence, but it caused a wound on my nephew's hand and it came off after a few days; otherwise, as a watch, it is nice.
I don't have an opinion yet about the watch but it looks perfect. One question, how does the strap change, does anyone know?
Everything is good, great durability, waterproof filling whether in the bathroom at home or at the sea. Only a few days after the two-year warranty expired, it started to reboot and systematically freeze. If anyone knows how it can be improved or fixed, please write it down if this has happened to them too.
Beautiful, durable, dog, battery 20 days, but after 2 years with water, shower, and sea it stopped working so it's not as waterproof as they say. Also, I can't find service to fix it, if someone knows, please let me know. If it hadn't broken, I would still have it.
Excellent durable smart watch. It may not be suitable for demanding users in terms of measurements and performance, but for the average user, it is a watch that you forget to charge, with a good bright screen, comfortable on the wrist, and really indestructible. It has fallen, it has swum, it has hit walls, it has not suffered anything.
I have had it for 2 1/2 months and it really is a very honest watch for the activities I want it for. Easy synchronization, good distance measurements, heart rate. For good measurements it must be tight on the wrist and not loose. Very good GPS to record your routes. The only thing I have not discovered is how it "automatically uploads" your workouts to Strava always being connected and paired. I have tried the steps but you have to manually publish each workout on Strava. Perfect battery. Charging every 15 days. What else??? Training every two days.
I have it for 4 months, the watch is superb. Waterproof of course in the sea and everywhere, battery life at least 20 days with all notifications open. You forget to charge it... Sturdy case, but lightweight and comfortable. Easy GPS connection and tracking (swimming, walking, running...) Clarity on the screen and reading of notifications and messages. PERFECT !!!
Purchased on June 14, 2022. I gave it to my son when he turned 16. In two seasons, including two twenty-day trips to the sea and a little more, climbing Mount Olympus. He hasn't let go of it, doesn't take care of it at all. It remains the same as when I bought it, and the battery as well!
I would give it 5 stars, but even though I take good care of it, I don't know how 2 screws, the ones that hold the frame, got lost. This is disappointing, unfortunately, and the worst part is that I can't find replacement parts.
I have it since last Monday and I am still discovering things about its functionality. Quite easy, I would say. It is my first smartwatch. Compared to the Pro version, it is significantly inferior because it does not have the same variety of functions, even in the mobile application. My colleague has the Pro version and even the mobile application, although it is the same version, has more features. Maybe because he has registered the T-Rex Pro.
Apart from that, I have no complaints because I don't expect much from a watch at this price. The battery, although small in capacity (okay, it's a watch and not a phone), lasts a long time even if I have the dial at 100% brightness. However, what I really don't understand is why there is such a price difference depending on the color of the strap you choose. It is unthinkable for it to cost 80 euros with the alternative strap and 30 euros more with the khaki one.
After 3 years of ownership, I decided to make an evaluation.
The watch is incredibly durable.
If it pleases me, it should also please my 30-kilogram dog, who almost daily bites it a little and has not suffered anything serious.
No problems all these years, the battery lasts a standard 10 days, I have only taken it off to charge it and for some weddings where it doesn't go well with the outfit (which is why I need to find a replacement for a more casual one).
It connects easily to the mobile phone, you can see messages and social media, and due to work, the countdown function has been very helpful.
The zepp application could have been better.
Sea, bathing, pool, snow, mud, branches, oils, gasoline, grease, and everything else this watch has endured. (Of course, I also have a protective glass and at times a case until the dog destroys it.)
The only "complaint" is that it is not easy to find a strap in different colors anymore.
And now, with the price it has, it is simply the best.
Excellent choice.. waterproof.. I bought it on June 12, 2023 and swam for 3 days, 15 minutes in the sea and there was no issue.. Easy synchronization with the mobile... the battery lasted around 7 days.. I have ruined 2 smartwatches from water during simple car or face-hand washes in the 3rd month.. I bought this one because of its waterproofing..
Quite reliable with good measurements and very resistant to hardships. If it had a pressure gauge, it would be the ultimate smartwatch
Απλά άψογο. Το χρησιμοποιώ εδώ και ένα χρόνο και είμαι τρομερά ευχαριστημένος. Συνδεσιμότητα πολύ εύκολη και γρήγορη, όλες οι λειτουργίες άψογες. Το αγόρασα γιατί έλεγε πως είναι ανθεκτικό και ήθελα ένα smartwatch που θα το φοράω και στην δουλειά(χειρονακτική). Όντως είναι τόσο ανθεκτικό όσο λένε και ακόμη περισσότερο. Μετά από πολύ ταλαιπωρία και πολλά χτυπήματα δεν έχει ούτε μια γρατζουνιά.
Η ανθεκτικότητα της μπαταρίας από την άλλη είναι ότι καλύτερο. Αν έχεις κλειστό το always on, την αυτόματη μέτρηση παλμών και αλλα τέτοια η μπαταρία μου έχει βγάλει μέχρι και 32 μέρες. Το συστήνω με κλειστά μάτια
I haven't had it for a long time. About a month. I am happy every day that I have it in my hand. I don't regret at all that I chose it.

The longer I have it, the more I am happy that I chose it. Lately, I have been using it simply as a watch and for step counting, and I haven't charged it for over a month and still have 50% battery.
Exceptional, especially at the price of €68 that I found it for, and beautiful. In the khaki color that I got it in, it's like it's shouting "Get active!" at me. It's a beast in durability, comfortable in the hand, and precise in its measurements. The sleep analysis presentation is very nice. The only downside, let's say, is that it doesn't always respond quickly to wrist movements to wake up the screen. In conclusion, it's definitely worth the money!
It was purchased in February 2023. The main disadvantage is its very poor menu. Amazfit smart watches at €60 have many more functions than this one (it does not have an oximeter and the sports it supports are minimal). Also, a basic problem with most if not all Amazfit watches is that Bluetooth cannot be turned off. However, it has great accuracy in sleep tracking.
It also fits large fruit.
If your looking for a "chunky" watch that resembles the old feel of the Casia G-Shock watches this it the one, very large and rugged look and with a great display, totally worth the purchase from a well known smartwatch brand Amazfit ( the manufacturer of all Xiaomi smartwatches ).
Good, golden, old. It loses a little in measurements (e.g. 100m every 10km of running). After 6, it started to have restart issues, so it does what it wants. Maybe it's not suitable for swimming after all...
I bought it in November 2022 for 70 euros.
It may be a little big for those with small wrists.
Its measurements during workouts are accurate as long as you have the strap tight.
When the phone rings, it notifies you with vibration. There are no notifications for messages and apps (I couldn't find any).
The battery has a very long life with fast charging.
A serious drawback: when I turn it to check the time, the screen doesn't turn on and I have to press a button, which is annoying. I don't know if anyone else has a similar problem.
Overall, I think it's worth the money, even though it's the first time I've bought a smart watch.
A high-quality watch that is highly durable against impacts and does not scratch easily, with many functions. Personally, I am not satisfied with its heart rate measurement as it takes a long time to show the correct pulse and sometimes does not show anything at all, such as getting stuck at 40 beats and not doing anything. Also, the step count is not accurate, especially in the shower, where it counts up to 100 steps more, even in my sleep. One last negative is that the hook that holds the strap loosened from the third month.
- I recently bought it, as a start I will write my first impression and in the future I will return with a new review.
- I got the khaki color, it looks beautiful. Its strap is stable, has very good quality and elasticity, and this helps the watch to remain stable and not to strain or move on the wrist unnecessarily.
- As for the construction, it seems very high quality and strong, it is a bit bulky but that doesn't bother me, and let's not forget that it is a G-shock style, the display is very good, with nice colors, and excellent brightness even in strong sunlight, while the touch response is immediate and without incorrect selections due to the screen size; as for the display, it is large and easy to read.
- I don't have an opinion on the battery yet, because it has been tested a little, however, it fully charges in less than an hour.
- The watch's software is fully translated into Greek. And very easy to use.
- As for the software and what it can do, I think it is quite limited; what it can do is measure heart rate, the measurement is accurate, doing repeated measurements with a professional sphygmomanometer that also measures pulses, the measurements agree with each other, within 2-3 pulses difference. It does good measurements and records the distance accurately; the comparison with professional equipment shows very small deviation, e.g., over ten kilometers it shows a deviation of a few meters; the GPS generally works smoothly, sometimes when there is no line of sight with the satellite, it loses the signal for seconds and recovers by itself without problems.
- The watch can work without the need for an immediate connection to the mobile phone or tablet; when we want, we connect via Bluetooth, and select from the app to sync, then all recordings transfer to the phone very easily.
- Communication with the mobile phone occurs at the following levels: when we have the phone, e.g., in the bag and it rings, then an immediate notification comes to the watch and we can either choose to silence it or to end the call; the watch does not have a microphone or speaker so we cannot answer directly from it. With the right settings, we can receive notifications from our mobile or tablet at all levels, meaning Facebook Messenger, Viber, email, etc.; generally, all notifications we have chosen to appear on our phone come immediately and seamlessly to the watch. Messages from Viber, Messenger, and others can be read in full from the watch by scrolling the screen, it just does not display the images of the messages, only the text.
- In terms of step measurement, it sometimes misses; it counts steps while you are lying in bed and moving your hand. I found a way to fix this by selecting from the settings menu of the Notify Amazfit program to change the option from vibration measured in steps to pacing measured in meters.
- The sleep recordings are amazing, it records many parameters related to sleep, especially if you install the: notify for amazfit, which is clearly superior and has many more measurements and features, as well as a multitude (endless), free faces. The notify amazfit can work alongside zepp which is the official application of the watch, it can even pull the log files (synchronization) from zepp afterwards, but this does not always yield reliable results, sometimes it synchronizes the measurements with a deviation, however, when you have the notify Amazfit program open, it reliably pulls the measurements directly from the watch in real-time, as long as the continuous recording option is set in the internal settings of the program's menu. I should emphasize that the notify Amazfit has most of the features that the user needs completely free, while there are also quite a few more specialized ones that someone has to purchase. The free ones are more than sufficient even for demanding users. Both notify Amazfit and the official company app zepp are fully translated into Greek. While notify Amazfit has the capability for full backups of all data and settings stored in the application, either in the cloud or in a folder of our choice within our mobile. We have the ability to restore the options we want.
- Generally, the watch is easy to use, very sturdy construction, it also has an alarm clock where someone can set many different alarms for different reminders, it has a stopwatch, countdown timer, etc., when we record for walking, cycling, etc., via GPS, the route is recorded, you can then synchronize it with the application and the full map will appear on our mobile. There is also a compass, etc. The watch has the ability to activate its screen with a hand movement, but through the application, we have the option to disable this feature and activate the screen by simply pressing the lower right button. Overall, it is worth its price (72€) and you won't have the anxiety of it getting hit, getting wet, or falling, it's a real beast, it withstands temperatures from -40 to 75 degrees. A real dog!! - of course, as we said, it has quite limited capabilities as a smartwatch.

WARNING: I encountered the following issue
At some point while I had the exercise recording activated for cycling, while the watch was recording normally, it suddenly stopped recording the exercise. What happened is this: the memory of the watch filled up with previous recordings that I hadn't taken care to delete, so I deleted all the previous exercise recordings from the watch. Moreover, the recordings had already been transferred to the application on my tablet, so after I deleted all the previous recordings, the watch automatically restored all the data from the last exercise that had not been recorded due to memory shortages! (In the end, it had saved it by itself).
So in case you notice that your T-Rex cannot make new recordings, delete the older ones and the problem will be resolved immediately.
I bought it in black for 100€, it's lightweight and durable enough to withstand hits without getting damaged. The battery lasts around 2 weeks with heart rate monitoring, weather updates, step tracking, and 12-hour operation that turns on when I move my hand. The only downside is that step tracking is difficult indoors and loses 100 steps out of 1000, and sleep tracking is inaccurate. The weather is also dependent on the app and needs to be updated frequently. I have it connected to the Zepp app and Notify for Amazfit, which has countless watch faces and better tracking capabilities
Excellent! Don't even discuss it! I've had it for 1.5 years. Perfect soft and durable silicone strap, many screens to choose from, 10-day battery life (I charge it every Friday but it can last until Monday even if I forget). It accompanies me on walks, workouts, baths, etc. Waterproof of course. I've dived up to 5 meters and it never bothered me. Personally, I always keep the screen locked and have no problems. Especially with water, it affects it like I think all smartwatches do. The alarm is very convenient. Especially the multiple alarm. It's very discreet in vibration, and wakes you up without waking those around you. It hasn't made any marks for 1.5 years and I'm not a quiet child. And I play with my kids too. A little color had stayed on it the first week I got it and I thought it was stained but with a little scratching it came off and left no marks or scratches.
It loses quite a bit in measurements, especially in steps, showing that it's all over the place. Every movement of the hand counts as a step, leading to inaccurate readings!
It does slightly better in heart rate measurements, but even there, one time it's 130 and the next it's 40.
Overall, it looks nice like a watch, but most of the functions in the zep app don't work. I don't know why, so if anyone knows more about this, please help.
It's fairly durable, except for some fading in the color variation.
It's a good value for money choice, but don't expect Garmin-level performance
I bought the watch in August 20 for €90... It's durable, almost perfect in its measurements, and very honest for its price. Although it looks big, it's very convenient and doesn't tire the hand. The strap loses its embossed design and becomes smooth. Also, the weather almost never updates automatically if you change municipalities and areas during the day.
This summer, suddenly after two years of strenuous use (the little one threw it here and there), it wouldn't open or charge. I decided to open it and saw that it had oxidation. (see photo)
After a phone call with a service, they told me they wanted €20 to open it and how much more for repair... And because I liked it and it suited me, I decided to buy it again for €75.
So the sea may not be so friendly to the watch after all!!
For three months now, it has been very good, especially for the beach. The measurements are not particularly accurate, but for this price, it offers a lot. I had the green (beautiful) one, lost it, and immediately bought the same one in a variation (not as beautiful as it initially seemed). The purchase is worth it
