There were no instructions on top! You empty the water from the toilet and pour it in, and scrub a little, in a very messy situation. The packaging has changed. It has a smell that reminds me of cherry syrup type... but be careful with the fumes, yes. And I don't know how long it will take for the scent to go away. It should only be a cleaning product and not a clog remover. (The before was... brownish!)

Wearing a mask and gloves, I put some of the product in a separate spray bottle and sprayed it on all the surfaces I wanted to clean. After spraying, I took a wet sponge and with the rough side, I scrubbed all the surfaces where I had applied the cleaner, and with a little water, everything shone. In a rented house, we found the toilet in bad condition! We tried all the eco-friendly products, I even had the Sunstone tell it a mantra, Jifos!!!
Initially, I used it with water in the bowl... and with a light scrub with the brush, the thin layers of grime came off. (photo 1, just below the water level)

We rented the house we live in 7 years ago and it had some very nasty black-brown stains at the bottom of the toilet. I scrubbed from the first days with strong cleaners, with chemicals, for years even with lye, I tried to break the dirt that had caught, I used a chisel and put brushes, some soft, some harder, nothing!!! Hydrochloric acid all night while I had emptied the water from the toilet, again nothing. It also had some black spots under the rim for 7 years!!! I saw someone recommend it in a video! My husband said it would be a waste of money and effort again, he wanted to change the toilet!! Well, I emptied the water with a small cup, I couldn't completely, half of the water in the toilet. I poured it around, left it for 3-4 hours with the lid closed and then just flushed the toilet! No scrubbing with a brush or anything! Everything went away with just flushing! The bottom became white again like new! A month has passed and it looks like new! Don't try anything else. Hydrochloric acid is a weak kitten in front of it. Anything else is a waste of effort! I didn't take a photo before so you could see because I hated having it on my phone.

I emptied the toilet bowl with a pump of 2 euros from the gas station, poured the whole bottle at midnight and at 6 in the morning when I went I was amazed. It had made the toilet look brand new. The salts that had formed a black crust on the bottom inside of the toilet that wouldn't come off even with a chisel, had come to the surface.
