Quite a good motherboard for its price, with many ports and low temperature levels.
However, there is a significant compatibility issue with Nvidia 4000 series GPUs.
Specifically, it crashes the PC and restarts. Sometimes the restarts continue for quite a while or until you completely turn it off.
Personally, I have the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB and the issue initially appeared when I was trying to run games (and once while I was doing some work on the internet). I rolled back the drivers and it seems that now the problem occurs when Windows starts and while the PC has been off for quite a while. Fortunately, it only restarts once and then works normally.

From what I read, it is a problem that ASUS is aware of, but they are not addressing it, as this particular motherboard is now of an older generation.
In any case, caution: if you want an Nvidia 4000 series GPU, do not buy this motherboard.
Good motherboard, I have it with Ryzen 5 5600x, RX 6800XT, and 16GB RAM. I believe it is a good motherboard. Logically, there are better and worse ones. At the time I bought it, it was the best for its price. I got it for 140€, now I see it has gone up, but I still think it is good. However, I believe it's better to search first in case there is another one that has come down in price and is a better choice
Update: I bought it again for €120 and something, and now it's really value for money. It also works perfectly with the G.Skill DIMM 32 GB DDR4-4000 MHz, you just need to manually adjust the operating frequency. It's a good motherboard, not the absolute value for money, but ASUS produces good reliable hardware. I have one that is still working since 2008. It's a bit expensive and doesn't come with anything extraordinary in terms of accessories - just 2 SATA cables, IO shield, screws, and a stand for M.2 (fortunately). It comes with instructions, a driver disk, and some stickers. At least it doesn't have too much bloatware on the disk. The BIOS is full of settings and chaotic, so you'll need instructions from the internet for configuration. I didn't need to upgrade the BIOS for the AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, it recognized it immediately. However, the motherboard was manufactured in 11/2022, and it seems that the BIOS updates itself from the internet because it initially said "aurasync" and then became "armorycrate," and even though I had reset to default, the time and date became correct on their own. The armorycrate software for LED customization works, although it takes a while to load, and it also works with the RGB RAM modules I have installed and the Adata Spectrix M.2, BUT it significantly reduces the speed. Overall, if you can find it for less than €150, it's definitely worth it.
As soon as the installation is complete, it has many USB ports, as well as a type C port. The construction is very good and high quality. I will come back with an additional comment.
