  It is of very poor quality. I have wasted 2 packs of 500 ml each, hoping to get some foam. I tried proportions of 30% soap and 70% water (recommended by the instructions and generally recommended for these devices), 10/90, 40/60, 50/50, and 60/40. Unfortunately, it only produces soap bubbles. Not a single time foam. Completely useless. I bought the rechargeable one. I don't know yet how long the batteries last. I bought a similar Xiaomi one for 22 euros last March. It works perfectly. I do not recommend anyone to buy it. It will go straight to recycling.

  The product does not claim to win a quality construction award, which is at the limits of acceptability with typical Chinese plastics and instructions for use. However, it does its job. It can take any diluted soap with water and the foam is satisfactory. The only thing that troubled me at first is understanding how it is activated, because for this to happen, your hand must be very close to the sensor, almost in contact. If you overlook this peculiarity, which has to do with the sensor's low sensitivity, it works fine!

  Update 30/09:
  One month after purchase, it stopped producing foam. Its pump works fine, but it releases air from the bottom and does not draw soap. It's going to recycling!!
