Don't buy it... I wasn't satisfied.. You put the food to heat, the plate burns and the food is cold..... also when I put it to heat and turn the switch sometimes instead of going back it goes forward.... I will buy something more reliable.....

I've had it for 1.5 years but I haven't used it much, about 5-7 times! I went to heat something and as I opened the timer, sparks were coming out from the cable that connects to the oven and it smelled, so I turned it off and returned it to the store where I bought it. They turned it on and it did the same thing, then it stopped working. Fortunately, I'm still under warranty! Just from other comments I've seen, it seems to be completely fake and a scam; it can't be that all of us have some issue! It's obvious that the 100€ I spent is money thrown away! I'm sure the ones from Lidl are 1000 times better!

The switch sometimes trips the breaker when I turn it... often! And it's not the outlet being overloaded or anything like that because it worked fine with another oven before. The service is helpful but it's in Thessaloniki!

I have had it for 3 years, besides being very beautiful, it is also reliable, in a problem I had with the programs I called the supplier's service and they helped me immediately, the impressive thing was that the first time I called and the lines were busy, they called me back themselves!

Very good machine! I have used it for defrosting as well, but mainly for heating food. Plus, it is a very beautiful addition to our kitchen.

I will not comment on the style, but on its functionality. It was purchased at triple the value of a regular microwave oven, for a short-term rental residence in Mykonos, along with the refrigerator of the same series (which luckily has been perfect for 3 years now). Unfortunately, as a microwave oven, its performance is poor to nonexistent. It heats up the device itself instead of the food inside.
Nice design but that's it. Do not buy it!!! Plastic, fake construction, the plate burns without heating the food. It broke in less than 1 year. NO!!!
I bought it just yesterday. I started using it a few hours ago. It seems to be working but it doesn't heat anything... I haven't even had it properly yet, I have to take it to the dealership. Unacceptable...
One of the worst purchases and at the same time the worst customer service. Initially it came without a receipt. I notified them that the receipt was missing and they said they would send it. It was never sent. After moderate to zero use, the door did not close. For the last 3 months, I have been contacting the customer service to take the oven for repair because theoretically it has a 3-year warranty and literally no one has come out with the product warranty as the merchant leaves us in the lurch. Stay away, get something 10 times better for half the money.
Purchased for an elderly couple, who on the one hand wanted the device to follow the neoclassical style of the rest of the kitchen and on the other hand to be easy to use. For now, it seems to be a very good choice.

I was convinced by women to buy MORRIS. Overall, as a company, I consider it at least terrible!
However, I gave it a chance and it disappointed me... The oven is of mediocre and inferior construction. If you put it next to another oven, the metal appears to be of lower quality (a €100+ oven). Even though it has a moody-retro-vintage vibe, it's just for show. For the past week, it hasn't been heating up the food (permanently on HIGH) and it hasn't warmed anything... "Phew, and haha, I might as well warm up the food better by blowing on it! The oven is currently boiling and burning! If you touch the inside, you might get burned.
I searched on the internet and saw that it's a common problem with the MWRS-20700/700R/701S/702WR/702R series, with 8 out of 10 people experiencing it... I shouldn't have skipped the research and listened to my wife saying, "The red one will be perfect, it's a brand, €100, come on, it won't arrive broken, and even if it does, it's a big company, not some offshore company from the declining offshore industry in India."
Talking to the service while having it for less than a week, they don't recognize it as DOA (dead on arrival). What does this mean: you have to send it yourself to Thessaloniki or Moschato or you have to take it to their store. They will send it for service to the headquarters (not within a week). They will check it. They will fix it (no replacement, even if it takes a day). If it gets fixed, you will have paid €100+ for a "refurbished" product. The warranty expires in 2 years. Congratulations, you just flushed €100 down the toilet.
Worse risk than betting "40 Red" on a roulette wheel in Loutraki.
This is the second time I've been fooled by MORRIS... (the first time with the retro fridge for €200 for a "miniature" retro red one)... There won't be a third time wasting money! Even BEKO or Esperantza might have better after-sales support and products!
I bought it because of the color. I had a Morris before and I was satisfied. The use is simple, you set the time, intensity, and that's it. I bought it for heating water, food, and that's about it. The first one that arrived had an issue with the color due to its construction and was returned. The second one that was replaced was okay. It looks nice visually, but the materials seem cheap. It looks very nice in appearance! Only time will tell for the rest.

Black carpet, I have returned it twice. The door hooks break and the door doesn't close properly. It didn't even have electricity or anything. It was a waste of money, I paid 30 euros for it. They should sell it with better quality

TERRIBLE! The design is very beautiful BUT IT DOES NOT HEAT UP! The whole thing burns, the food plate never gets hot! We changed it and got a cheaper one that works better. Money wasted
Very beautiful oven. It does not have a large capacity but that is not a problem. The rotary switches have very small letters. On the downside, it does not have a digital dial for setting seconds, but you know that when you buy it. Overall, a very beautiful construction at a reasonable price. If you are looking for something beautiful, it is perfect. For functionality, I would definitely get something with digital settings and a larger capacity. On the positive side, it also has a grill.
Fantastic design and honestly, for the first time, the microwave grill is worth it.

Let someone correct the name of this product. Essentially, it is NOT a microwave oven. In the best program according to the manual, it uses a small percentage of microwaves and a resistance located on the top for the largest program. So, while you heat food for a long time, you end up with a hot dish on the top and completely frozen on the bottom. It is the most annoying thing for a "so-called" microwave oven. In terms of appearance, yes, it is nice but as others say, it is completely fake. I already threw it away.
On the 2nd use, the oven's glass broke, which is not covered by the warranty. Unacceptable behavior, overpriced for its materials, only retro design and nothing more. Stay away!
Excellent as I wanted it, perfect color Pal shade. Just as I wanted it, ideal for students and generally for those who want something not big and aesthetically pleasing.
I bought it solely for its appearance because I wanted it for my office. It is indeed beautiful, but that's about it.
The buttons are of poor quality, and the functionality is mediocre. The worst part is that the minimum time you can set the timer for is 2 minutes. So, you have to be above it to stop it faster.
Personally, the one I bought has been used less than 10 times and it has already broken. It appears to be functioning normally, but it doesn't heat up at all.
In the rotating button for setting the time when warming up, you cannot set an exact time (e.g. 00:30, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00 minutes, etc.). This is not a problem for defrosting, but for warming up when you want accuracy in seconds below 2 minutes, you cannot set an exact time because the first degree is 2 minutes, resulting in having to manually close it or warm it up for about 2 minutes, causing small portions to come out burnt. Unfortunately, only design...
So far I have only tried it to heat up food. It's incredible that it heats up the whole meal in 2 minutes (even if you take it straight out of the fridge). I used to have a much more expensive microwave oven and I had to stir the food every 3 minutes to heat it up evenly. It's perfect, easy to use, has a wonderful color, and doesn't take up much space.
The service from the dealership is the worst, they told me to send it with COURIER acs and then they refused it and made me pay for the transportation expenses because the dealership said they didn't work with that specific courier. The oven hadn't worked at all, I had done a small test and I had noticed that the light inside the chamber didn't turn on. I paid for it again, worst service ever
The color is perfect, no relation to the photos, it is a very soft mint green. So far, it works great for the use I made.
