The strap is only 3.60m long despite the packaging stating 4.5 meters. As for the 5 tons it claims to hold... I don't think so. At most, it will be able to tow a small to medium-sized car, very carefully and only on a good quality horizontal road surface. Forget about uphill slopes and off-road situations.
