It is a very beautiful wooden railing, we bought two, one for each side of the bed, and it still manages to look beautiful. It is very easy to place under the mattress. It wobbles a bit, meaning it's not for the child to shake it hard, but with a screw blade on each one, it no longer moves at all. Safe and very beautiful.

Easy installation, no assembly required, we put it on an Ikea sofa bed that is used full time as a children's bed - even on this bed, which has the peculiarity of having 2 small mattresses, one on top of the other, the guardrail had enough height to cover it safely
