The tools make the craftsman, so this analysis seemed particularly important to me. Anyone who enjoys cooking and loves risotto should add it to their library. Oh, and it also has a bonus recipe for oven-baked lamb (among the others for risotto)!

It is true that it is not just a recipe book, it is a comprehensive cooking guide that focuses on risotto. It is also important to note that it is particularly understandable. As for the result in one of the recipes I tried, although I didn't achieve it accurately in one or two steps, it was perfect in terms of taste!
