I have the air conditioner opposite the bed, and even though there is movement in the blinds everywhere, I always had an issue. I think this is the best solution after properly installing the air conditioner.
In the end, the tape didn't hold it and it hung on the metal bracket, and the double-sided tape didn't work either. I made a makeshift solution with thick wire, similar to the bracket, and placed it on the opposite side where I have the bracket. This way, it doesn't come off the tape and it doesn't hang. Everything works well. Thank you.

Even if it doesn't hold, I will use a stronger commercial tape and it will definitely hold. For 8€, it is incredibly effective.
After a month, it doesn't hold at all. Because I have an old air conditioner, I drilled a hole and put a screw and everything is fine.

The problem is that it is too close to the blinds, resulting in the air conditioner quickly reaching the desired temperature and turning off. The space doesn't have enough time to cool down. I think it would be better to have longer arms.
