Pieces of cocoa mass produced from cocoa beans of the Criollo variety. The cocoa beans are collected and then pressed, creating the cocoa mass which will melt and subsequently solidify into circular-shaped pieces.

It is not processed at high temperatures, thus preserving the nutritional properties of the cocoa. It contains no additives or sweeteners and is ideal for making homemade chocolate, in dessert recipes, or as a healthy snack.
