  Excellent quality protein! Good taste (not excellent, but it's a matter of preference). Excellent solubility and causes less gas compared to other iso I have tried. In terms of bloating, it is outstanding. You can drink two scoops in a row without feeling the need to go to the bathroom (like with others) and without feeling particularly bloated. Overall, I was completely satisfied. I will definitely choose it again, especially if it is on sale for the 70 euros I bought it for!

  I am writing this review to inform other fitness enthusiasts who, like me, suffer from bloating caused by food and supplements.
  I have tried other cheaper protein powders that claimed to be lactose and gluten-free, but they caused severe bloating that lasted for hours, negatively affecting my day.
  When I decided to return to the gym after a long break, I thought of conducting a more thorough research on commercial protein powders and investing more money.
  I chose this one because the company paid attention to digestion, including probiotics and digestive enzymes.
  Finally! I got rid of bloating and gas! No negative effects on my gut!

  Taste:
  I always mix it with lactose-free milk. 35 grams of powder each time.
  Due to the intense sweeteners used by the company, it is particularly sweet in 300ml.
  I found a very good balance with 350ml of milk.

  Price:
  In terms of price, it has always been expensive. I remember when I looked at it before, it cost 70-72€.
  At 80€, it has obviously become more expensive, but much less than other products that now cost around 65€.

  Scoop:
  I am attaching photos with the measurements and weight of the scoop.
  The scoop is very large, weighing 11 grams on its own, and it can hold 42 grams of protein when filled to the top. (In the photo, the scale has been zeroed after the scoop was placed, and the 42 grams only refer to the protein content).

  Conclusion:
  I believe that if you, like me, experience bloating easily, this protein powder is an excellent choice.
  However, I cannot say whether it is worth it or not for anyone, as it depends on each person's ability to allocate such an amount of money for a supplement.

  One of the cleanest proteins! The chocolate flavor is very nice! It reminds me of chocolate-caramel like Mars somehow, very tasty with very easy solubility and most importantly, no bloating! In 30g (which is slightly less than a full scoop, I weighed it with a measuring spoon see image 2), there are 27.8g of protein, it also contains amino acids and has only 114 calories! In 100g, it provides 90g of protein!! In order to see a difference in your body, for those who don't know, you need to consume a specific percentage of protein either from supplements or from food! To find this out, you need to know your height and weight and divide them (height: weight) and then multiply the result by your weight!
