Description

One of the oldest questions posed by humans in their attempt to understand their existence is related to "knowledge." Plato makes a systematic effort to examine the issue. In the 17th century, empiricism emerges. John Locke states: "Experience corrects experience," and the properties of things impose the truth and overturn theories that are complacent. Later, scientific interest focuses on the subject of knowledge. Maria Montessori has a catalytic influence on modern epistemology, as it is now inextricably linked with the pedagogical science, which is established on trust and not just on method. In school contexts, the term freedom means being able to do what one wants without infringing on the freedom of others. The school is obliged to pursue the internal freedom of children by freeing them from fear, hypocrisy, hatred, and intolerance.
