For assembly, an electric screwdriver is definitely needed. (There are no guide holes.)
The instructions are in a torn A4 paper and are not available online. So they won't be very helpful.
As for the construction, it looks similar to the photos, but it's not very sturdy. I wouldn't recommend it to people who are experienced with tools. As for the cost of construction, it is proportional to its price.

Excellent for its price! For assembly, you will need an electric screwdriver, a marker, as most pieces are not pre-drilled, and a regular Phillips screwdriver for final tightening. All screws are included, but the assembly instructions are not particularly helpful! It is much easier to assemble with 2 people rather than one.
Absolute value for money. I highly recommend it.
