Very nice sauce, I was really impressed by the taste. Unfortunately, it is too spicy for me, I remember the green Sriracha being much milder (it's been a decade, I might be wrong). I want to put sauce on my food for the taste and then feel the burn, here I just touched a bit on the tip of the bite... I was playing with the drops. So I couldn't enjoy the taste of the sauce as much as I wanted. It's a personal preference, of course, if you don't mind the level of spiciness, I believe you will enjoy it. I would say it's quite spicy though. It is also available in supermarkets, very accessible.

EDIT: Yes guys, I just got the green cap flying goose, the spiciness is completely different. With flying goose, even if I dip a whole nugget inside, the spiciness is mild, but with cardinal, I could only handle a small drop... Not that it's a big deal, now goose seems very weak to me

It's not like the original Sriracha, but since the authorities of the country banned the original sauce... it's better than other imitations.

Really the best sriracha sauce for me that exists. Perfect taste, strong heat, and you can find it in supermarkets at a good price. I highly recommend it
