The second edition of the work "Practical Issues of Civil Procedure" includes 60 practical cases covering most of Civil Procedure (General Part, Evidence, Enforcement, Provisional Measures, Special Procedures, Electronic Auctions, etc.) in combination with substantive law (Civil, Commercial, etc.). Many of these practical cases have been examination topics in Greek Law Schools and for admission to the National School of Judges. Sources for the formulation of these practical cases were court decisions and procedural issues that either appear more frequently in practice or are based on critical procedural issues. The structure of the answers to the practical cases was based on the forensic method, i.e., the presentation of the legal rule with a full analysis, reference to the factual circumstances as derived from them, and their application to the applicable legal rule.

The work is a useful aid for lawyers, prospective judges, students, and anyone interested in the application of procedural rules in practice.
