Perfect for a first toothbrush when the child doesn't have teeth yet, it gives a great massage to the gums and when the first teeth come out, it brushes them perfectly without irritating the mouth. The child finds it like a game and does it by themselves. However, when more than 8 teeth come out, I think they need a toothbrush with a regular brush.
