I am also extremely dissatisfied with the store I ordered from, Gadget Time, because even though I had paid for the order and shipping, a relative received the product and they made him pay again because they had marked "cash on delivery" on the package. I open the case and besides the fact that it wasn't even sealed, they had sent me a case for the Redmi Note 9, while it clearly states on the site that the product they present is for the 9s/pro. I contact the postal company and the store, and the person who served me told me that it's the first time he's heard that the case for the 9 doesn't fit the 9s, in other words, there was a lack of information among the staff. He tells me that he will send me the correct product in 3 working days to check if it is indeed the wrong case and for a new delivery to be made, so that the carrier can bring me the cash on delivery that I had paid. It was already Tuesday and no one had contacted me. I called and they didn't answer on Wednesday, so on Thursday I asked for a full refund and to return the product. Indeed, the carrier came two days later and gave me the money I had paid and I returned the case as I received it. It should be noted that there was a comment that we are talking about a case of low value and that there was no issue in sending me another one of higher value. However, it has nothing to do with the monetary value, but with the deception. Unprofessional treatment and lack of information regarding their own products on their site. I do not recommend it as an online store under any circumstances.

  Medium quality case, made of low-quality plastic. The application suggested for download by the Chinese, supposedly for managing the case and specifically for the appearance of the mobile's lock screen, better forget it. Besides not responding to commands, it is also dangerous for the Redmi Phone's operating system. You will realize this if you try to download it. Also, the rings on the front cover-mirror are so visible, due to the poor quality of the plastic that you can't stand them, greatly downgrading the case. Finally, its price varies so much from store to store (online) that it becomes evident that some are selling seaweed as silk ribbons. If I had seen it up close (and not from misleading photos), I'm sure I wouldn't buy it even for €1.00.
