  Unfortunately, I bought it with high expectations but it did not satisfy me in any way.
  It is easy to use and does not take up much space, but it does not clean like a conventional mop and certainly cannot cover all the surfaces of the apartment with just one cloth, which gets dirty and ends up transferring lint from one room to another.
  The only use I can think of is a quick freshening up in the bathroom.
  In addition to the above, there are no assembly instructions in the box, making it a crossword puzzle for strong solvers.
  I do not recommend it in any way for its price, considering that I got it for about €20.

  I bought it during a period when Vileda had a 50% off on their products, so it came out to €20. I have a 50 sq. m. house and wanted to get rid of a bucket to save space. It has been incredibly convenient for me! I saved myself from filling and emptying the bucket, which was the most tiring for me. In a house of 80-100+ square meters, I don't know if it will replace the traditional mop, but if you have a small space, get it without a second thought!

Today some workers came and stepped all over the hallway, the corridor, and the kitchen.   I have found this particular product very convenient as it provides an instantly ready mop for quick cleaning whenever needed. Yes, a preliminary sweep is necessary if you want to clean a space thoroughly, but it has been very helpful for me with kids and a dog because there is always something left behind on the floor. Also, it is not meant for collecting large amounts of liquid like a conventional mop. It is designed for a quick pass to keep the space clean.

  I have had it for 4-5 years already, but recently it started leaking water when I move the handle back and forth. With the help of some other users here in the comments (thank you!), I realized that I am missing a very small part, which functions as a plug for a tiny hole in the lid of the water container. This hole, as far as I understand, allows air to enter in order for the spraying system to work (I am attaching a relevant photo).

  So, while I thought the whole system became useless, I decided to contact the company first. And luckily, I did because they will send me this small replacement part immediately and without any cost to me!

  Therefore, besides being a satisfied customer with this specific product, I am also very satisfied with the company's handling of the issue, which is extremely important for the consumer! I congratulate the company and highly recommend it!

  I would highly recommend this mop to anyone who struggles with household chores and mopping. Since I started using it, it's the first time I've been able to mop regularly. It takes some time for someone to get used to it and learn the trick (spraying a lot at the beginning to wet the cloth and mop perfectly). I would recommend it for semi-professional spaces such as private offices, etc., and for people who use a room in their space for freelance work, as well as for parents or careless adults like myself, as one can mop quickly every day without wasting much time on buckets, etc. You fill its little bucket with liquid and it doesn't need refilling every day. It also saves on cleaning solution. Be careful not to lose a small black attachment (I had lost mine - luckily it was inside the bucket - and I thought the mop was broken, but when I put it back, it immediately worked). Also, the cloth needs regular washing, and it helps to wash it in the washing machine without fabric softener because otherwise the fibers get clogged. If you wash it by hand, it takes many hours to dry, maybe even 24, while in the washing machine it dries quickly. If you receive a defective product, Vileda replaces it immediately without additional charge, I had a similar experience. To prevent the cloth from getting dirty frequently, I would recommend a good sweep with an electric sweeper, and sometimes using a swiffer afterwards to remove excess dust before using the Vileda mop. Personally, I use it in a house with three types of flooring: mosaic, tiles, and parquet, and it works on all of them!

  Very satisfied, it saved me from buckets and conventional mops. Now I only use this.

  -Easy assembly
  -Double-sided cloth that you can flip to clean a larger surface or different material (e.g. tiles and then hardwood)
  -The cloth is easy to insert and remove, and can be washed in the washing machine
  -It sprays very nicely in a large radius
  -You can comfortably clean a large house with the amount of water in the container

  Negatives:

  -The handle is in two parts and, as others have mentioned, it wobbles at the joint. Especially if you turn it sideways and apply pressure, you can tell that it is loose.
  -The handle is quite tall, so if you are...short, it might be difficult for you.

  Some useful things to know:
  -To avoid streaks, as some have mentioned, add a LITTLE detergent. The manufacturer says two spoonfuls of sugar when the container is full.
  -Also, it is important to sweep first. If you do that, you will hardly see any dirt on the cloth.
  -A gray plastic clip that you will find in the packaging is for hanging it up (it took me a while to figure out what it was :D)

  At 20 euros, it is definitely a yes from me.
