Description
These texts were written in mid-2019, under the weight of the great decadent crisis of regressive capitalism that is gradually evolving into a major, global, destructive conflict between the United States of America and China and more generally between the East and the West. In the meantime, as these were heading to the printing press, a single-celled virus, Sars-CoV-2, escaped from some dark biological warfare laboratories and struck as a lightning-fast deadly pandemic that rendered useless the giant armies, the ironclad suppression forces, and the formidable armaments of the conflicting capitalisms. Humanity and individual societies were saved once again by themselves and thanks to the self-sacrifice of their pure heroes. This nightmare showed how weak, false, useless, and dangerous capitalism is and how easily humanity can rid itself of it with a planned and relatively short abstention of its victims from the production process, and even without casualties and sacrifices. It also showed how close an even worse world is, if we do not rid ourselves of our illusions and do not recover from this shock. However, it also showed how much closer an even better world is, the world of direct democracy and the culture of social equality, if we start thinking about it, realizing it, and sharing it.
