  Very sturdy construction and the best part is that you don't need to open it to fill it with string, you just align the external holes with the hole inside, divide the string in half and rotate until it wraps all the string, that's why some broke the ears while trying to open it and fill it..

  Honestly, I can't find anything positive. Imagine being exhausted from cutting grass with a worn-out lawnmower under the scorching sun, and then having to deal with the Chinese guy when it's time to refill. Unfortunately, they heard the complaints (I regret it).
  Every time I try to open it, I get anxious that it might break in my hands, such poor quality plastic. Don't they do any research before releasing a product?

  The rest of the design is fine, but that specific point where the 2 pieces lock together broke after 2 uses. The plastic is not flexible at all, and as soon as you apply a little pressure to open it, it breaks. I would not recommend it.

  I have been using the head for a few days for amateur use. I cut grass in about 1 acre. During this short period, wires and irons wrapped around it without any damage. It is very durable, very easy to use, and has not presented any problems, even though I have mistreated it quite a bit.
