It's useless! You pull a piece of paper that is already sticking out and then the roll cannot turn to bring down another piece of paper for next time. I spoke with the company and they told me to do it with force and that nothing else can be done. And I wonder how much force I have to put on a piece of paper to turn a whole roll inside a plastic...Waste of money.
