Excellent machine but it is a bit "harsh" compared to the elite. Good for professionals but I prefer the elite for more therapeutic use.

It is the top of all, really powerful. The big advantage is the handle that allows you to reach inaccessible areas such as the back.
4 levels 1750 1900 2100 2200 2400. I didn't use the two largest ones, they would ruin me.
The battery is satisfactory and it even comes with two batteries.
You can't really call it quiet, but you forget about that when you're working.
The sponge is a huge advantage as it allows for massaging sensitive areas such as the neck.
Overall, it relieved me by about 70% of neck and back pain. If you buy it, make sure to get the double attachment.

Edit: 2 years later, continuous use and support from the company for a minor issue with the rotating head, replacing it with a new one. The batteries are beasts, no wear

I know it is an expensive product, but it is worth every euro. I have tried other devices in the past, but they were a waste of money. And to be honest, after a month of use, there was a noise as if something broke. When you shake it, you can hear the little piece that came off, to tell the truth, it sounded like a small screw, but there was no problem, the device was still working fine. Of course, I informed the company Medicin in case this could cause a bigger damage. The company's customer service was exceptional. They asked me for a video to determine the problem. They immediately approved a replacement. I sent them the old one and they sent me a new one. Immediate and fast service, no delays, and with politeness, what can I say, truly professionals.
