I had the Yeelight RGB bulbs in 3 rooms and I wanted a simple white one for the kitchen. Unfortunately, its light is very yellow and I was disappointed. Maybe I should have researched it better. In the end, I put it in a fixture in the living room and it's fine. The 3 stars are for the color of the light and not for the build quality. That is excellent.
The bulb is excellent, as well as its RGB version. However, the white light is quite warm.
For those who have disconnection issues, I should mention that initially it would disconnect every few hours, but it turned out to be a problem with the socket. Once I changed it, the connection is rock solid.
It supports the Yeelight flex function, which means that with the corresponding switches or with a small modification of the existing ones, it remains online even when it is turned off from the switch.
Very good lamp. Bought specifically for Apple HomeKit ecosystem. I put 6 of them in the house and they work perfectly. They can be adjusted solely from the Apple Home app, with all that entails (automations, settings, schedules, etc.). They are definitely worth the 8 euros, as a regular one would cost around 4-5 euros
A good LED lamp. But that's all I can say. I've been trying for 3.5 hours to connect it, either to the Yeelight app, or to the MiHome, or to the Google Home, but nothing. The lamp connects fine to the wifi, but when I try to connect it to the app, I get the message "Check the network and try again." If you want it for a wifi lamp, avoid it.
3 stars because Xiaomi has confused us with how they have done it, this particular one is not working at the moment I am writing at least on the Greek server in the Mi Home app and consequently with the switches I have for all my devices.
Connected very easily both in the Yeelight application, where the necessary firmware update was done, and in the Homekit, which is also used. It was purchased for the front door light and, in combination with the Aqara motion sensor, it works flawlessly so far, and the lighting it provides has successfully replaced the previous "dumb" bulb. In the future, maybe two more will be purchased to fully cover the outdoor area.
It is a very good lamp and relatively powerful! For example, you could put it on your front door but not in your living room.
It does not connect to anything in the app, which is very basic for this reason I bought it, otherwise it is a regular lamp.
Very good, the only thing I would add is that I couldn't connect it to the Mi Home app and it may not be connecting due to server issues
