NEOPAL PRIMER ECO is an ecological micronized acrylic water-based primer for walls, with strong adhesion and high penetration. It is certified and meets the criteria of the EU Ecolabel Awarding Organization.

It is odorless and recommended for indoor spaces, particularly for enclosed inhabited areas. It is slightly tinted blue to show where you have primed and is perfectly covered when repainted.

It is suitable for preparing new surfaces to be painted with plastic paints, such as:

• plaster
• concrete
• bricks
• smoothed walls

Additionally, it strengthens and seals porous surfaces painted with low-quality old paints and ensures excellent adhesion and spread for the final coat.
