I gave it a 1 because it doesn't have -10..! the worst.. and if I mention the service, that's terrible too.. we've been waiting for a board for 1.5 months and it still hasn't arrived, and when you call them, they mock you as well
Very quiet (the plastics logically creak a bit at first and at the end due to contraction-expansion), efficient, has quiet-economy-sleep settings, the remote control does not have the clarity of speed indication of older models (but it has a battery indicator) and the outdoor unit does not have the ring of older models where you opened it with 4 screws to clean the fan, etc., bright indicator in front.
This is the 2nd unit from this company and I am very satisfied.

It performs well in cooling.
Not in heating.
In my case, the plastic parts make noise (especially during heating), but this stops after 10-15 minutes.
Pay attention to the external unit. Although the machine appears relatively quiet externally, it transmits vibration (in the form of a constant hum) through the wall it is mounted on (when the wall lacks insulation, such as a single brick). You can place rubber dampers or install it on the floor. This is the best solution, I did it and the humming completely stopped
What someone else mentioned in their comment is correct.. I have 2 of the same.. a 9 for the bedroom and a 12 for the living room.. they work like fans.. you sweat in the middle of the night.. they never cool down the room.. the same goes for heating.. stay away!!

I have 2 of them. In a 110 square meter house, on the 3rd floor, without insulation. They operate for at least 12 hours / 24 from July onwards. Instant cooling, constantly set at 27 degrees, and the house becomes an oasis. Completely silent, without any strange noises or creaking as some mention. I got them for 350€ each. The definition of "I'm robbing the church".

I bought it on 06/07/2020 for 350 euros with installation included. So far, it has been very good in cooling and heating. It is a 9,000 BTU unit for a 16 square meter room.
The external unit, especially during heating, makes a lot of noise, like a vibration coming from inside the unit. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.
