One of the speaker outputs broke, I requested a refund and still have not received support. The same goes for another product that broke, for which I never received a response even after 3 months.

The remote control is a bit poorly made, but at least it produces excellent sound with some old JVC speakers I have. The only downside is that it is VERY loud. For example, if you have it connected to the computer with 100% volume, the amplifier's potentiometer needs to be turned very little, but this can be adjusted from the PC. Also, it doesn't come with a plug adapter, but the jack it has is relatively standard on many devices, so finding one somewhere in the house isn't difficult.

For so long I had terrible sound quality even at low volumes. I thought it was the power supply, so I spent another 10€ to get a 5A one, but the quality remained the same. You might say, what do I expect from an amplifier at this price? I had previously bought another one for 8€, which you could use any 12-24v power supply with. It was just a small board where you would screw in the cables. That board had crystal clear sound all the way to the max. It was superior to this piece of junk.
