In a 21-year-old car with over 350k km, don't expect it not to consume oil. And since it will be retired by the end of '25, I decided not to give the mechanic the 2.5k he wants to fix it. For the past 1.5 years, it started burning oil and it has worsened recently. It doesn't burn a lot, about 1 liter a month (but I drive 2k km a month). However, it is noticeable. Or rather it was, because since I added this to the oil, I don't see blue smoke at startup in the mirror nor do I see other eco-conscious people looking down on me. Since I added it 15 days ago, I haven't had to top off the oil and the level seems stable. Now, whether it will cause further damage to the engine, I don't know; I'm not a mechanic. So far, everything is good, and this is strictly my opinion.
In a car that burns one liter of oil every 1000km, it did not reduce the oil consumption. However, what it did and I did not expect is that the exhaust does not smoke and does not dirty the back of the car with black spots and overall dirtiness. So, for what it claims to do, it does it excellently. It started "working" after 200km. So, it takes its time from the moment you put it in. I do not know how long its effect will last (I have already driven 5000km and it is still working well), but it definitely does what it promises. Also, do not overfill with oil and do not let it burn completely. It should be replenished every time the level drops.
