  To make it more non-stick, I did 4 rounds of seasoning with linseed oil, which I bought from an organic products store. This made it smoother, more beautiful, and nothing sticks to it, even fish or burgers, which usually stick.
  It cleans easily with a little water, without the need for detergent. It is good to let it stay wet for a few minutes to soften the food residues.
