JBL Quantum 100 headphones that tend towards being decent.
Low volume when used directly with the computer's sound card.
However, the headphones change completely when connected to an external sound card, the volume increases dramatically....
The bass is average as well as the highs and lows....
I would recommend them for someone who has an external card....

The headphones are very good with very good bass and a satisfactory microphone, I would just like the cable to be longer. Another thing is that they do not have a splitter in the box and you have to buy it separately for older computers
I bought them for my child who is very strange because he has changed a lot due to gaming, studying (webex), music, calling through the web & calling on mobile. Unfortunately, they were 35 euros while now they are 25 euros. Grab it at 25 without fear, very good for such a price and such a company.
Bought them about 4 months ago for my xbox series s and they have amazing sound they will work with any platform including ps5 xbox series x/s and pc nintendo switch and alot more anyways overall the sound quality is amazing and the microphone sounds very clear i give this a 5/5
They were purchased for €20.96 and I have been using them for one month.
Use I make: Discord calls, gaming, series, music.
Negatives: 1. Does not include an adapter/splitter (!!!) for use with a computer's audio/microphone, you must buy it yourself. 2. Poor build quality, I don't know how long they would last if I didn't only use them for PC. 3. The cable may be short for some and gets tangled at times. 4. Does not perfectly isolate sound within the headphones when it is loud. 5. The sound may not be loud enough for some.
Positives: 1. I haven't done any tests myself, but from the calls, my conversation partners have been satisfied and they like the sound of their microphone. 2. The microphone is detachable, so theoretically you can use them outside as regular headphones and not just gaming headphones. However, I have noticed that without the headphones' microphone, my conversation partner cannot hear me from my mobile phone's microphone. All of this if you are not afraid of their durability due to their poor build quality. 3. They have surround sound. 4. They have a mute button. 5. They have volume control wheels.
In short, they are good headphones if you use them for the same purposes as I do. I don't know what happens if you push them harder and if they are more likely to break easily. For €20, considering the surround sound/microphone and their overall capabilities, if you are looking for budget headphones that satisfy your desired use, they are a good choice.
Very good choice for a budget of 25 - 35€. Owner for 2 years.
positives: very good price
sound clarity
good bass with equalizer
perfect surround
exceptional microphone
negatives: mediocre to poor build quality
They have good isolation, satisfactory sound. In general, they are efficient, as much as their volume allows (they do not have a wide range in volume). The sound is clear, the bass is clear, but they always leave me with the impression that I need a little more volume to enjoy it 100%. I did not expect anything more from the build quality due to the price.
Also, the software provided by JBL for this headphone series is problematic. I have confirmed this with other users of the series online.
The overall impression is so-so. They will do their job and provide an X experience, but that's about it.
I really don't know what's stopping me from starting to curse badly. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, DO NOT BUY them, it's a waste of money!!!!!!
NEGATIVES
1. terrible bass 0 (even though I'm not demanding)
2. awful quality, very poor and cheap construction, something acceptable from jbl
3. horrible sound, my lice have better sound! it's really laughable
4. very bad surround sound, which means NO for gaming.
POSITIVES
1. relatively good sound isolation from the external environment thanks to its design, which goes into the positives.
CONCLUSION, don't buy them unless you want to throw away your money. Also, I should mention that they are not suitable for everyday use if someone wants to listen to their music. Stay away.
For anyone looking for cheap but good headphones, go for the two options I will mention below.
1. sades, any model you want because they are all good. Personally, I have the Mpower, which are better than the razer ones I had for around 20€.
2. zero ground, you may know it, reliability and quality for around 25 euros.
They are very good headphones if you want them for 6 months. They have good sound and bass, but the other person sounds double from the microphone + when you speak, the air is heard. Also, the build quality is not suitable for this brand, as I expected better quality from JBL
Very good headphones with decent bass and average build quality. They are lightweight and do not tire you during long gaming sessions. The plastic, however, is a bit poor in durability. The sound quality and microphone are particularly good for their price. The bass, however, is a bit weak.
I expected better build quality from the JBL brand. It's not bad for the 35 euros I paid, but two things bother me. The first is that the cable is too short. If you want to connect it to the back of a computer that is on the floor under the desk, the cable doesn't reach. I had to buy an extension.
The second thing is that the mechanical parts are made of very thin plastic that doesn't inspire confidence that they will withstand over time. They require careful handling so they don't bend or break, because then they're just disposable. I saw some no-name headphones for 20 euros in a store, and they had a much sturdier construction.
Also, they have a single four-pin connector. If you want to use them for a computer, you need a 4-pin female to dual 3-pin male adapter for the microphone to work.
On the positive side, the sound is good, it has a detachable microphone, volume control, and a mute button on the headset.
January 22, 2022: 13 months later: This is what I was afraid of. The suspension mechanism of one of the headphones broke. Now that it's broken and I see how it's made, it's clear that it won't last long. Sorry JBL, unfortunately, you're finished... :(
