    I am 185cm, 81kg and I bought a size M. I have worn it once and overall it feels tight on my thighs because the seams from the front pockets are too low compared to other Nike shorts. I would recommend either the Nike Fast 5cm shorts or the Nike Training Flex Stride 2-in-1 if you want something with an inner legging
