I just bought it from a well-known supermarket with the blue and yellow color. I bought it purely for fun and because I generally like gadgets, but it makes noise and if you don't have it on something soft, it sounds louder due to the vibration it has, maybe because the blades don't have a perfect shape and it may lose its center of gravity and that's why it sounds like that. I have placed it on top of the Nintendo Switch case. I bought it for less than three euros, but it does the job, it sends a good amount of air for its size and it is flexible to make it look in different directions. It is half a meter away from me and it sends enough air to my face and body. I will use it as long as it lasts. I have connected it to the Xiaomi Mi 10,000 mAh power bank, it is cute and as long as it lasts, but it needs to be very close to you to feel the air, I have it about 50 inches away from me. Also, you should know that a fan sends air depending on how many blades it has, how far they are, and what shape they have. Some blades diffuse the air, meaning they spread it out, and other fans send the air straight and with force if you use them at high speeds.

It breaks very quickly, I must say...

It does a good job at first but doesn't last long. It is also quite noisy. I don't know if there are generally any quality (and cheap...) USB fans.

What you pay, you get. Very good amount of air for its size but also very noisy for its size. The worst thing is that it gave up after a few hours of use.
