Yes, it gives energy for the whole day. I stopped it though because I don't know how long you can take it.

this one has a taste of grasshoppers, country of origin India, I wonder what it actually is?

I stopped feeling tired during the day (approximately after two weeks of daily intake).
It also has a good taste and solubility.
One spoonful a day is recommended.

It's not just that it's a little explosive, but overall I take it as a pre-hormonal supplement for the gym.. very good job.. it does what it says : )

Better taste than other brands I've tried.
I wish the packaging was a little better because the paper bag tears at the point where it opens and closes after some use.
