Ok for a basic device for the elderly. The function it advertises, of adding photos to the basic contacts on the main screen, is useless because it only has memory for one photo. And that photo is very poor quality. And the speed dial contacts are not the same as the rest, you have to re-enter them from scratch. The menu requires a lot of searching to find some basic features, such as selecting a ringtone
