With the latest update, the product works perfectly. I set up many projects with this specific Wi-Fi rail switch and I haven't encountered any problems. Also, for any questions I had about the wiring and tuning, the company assisted me promptly and in detail.

I have already bought this product twice. Overall, it is easy to use, the application is in Greek and provides several options for programming for automatic startup or shutdown, etc. BUT IT IS DEFECTIVE!!!

First of all, you buy this product in order to be able to control the water heater from wherever you are. Previously, I had managed to control the water heater even without being on the same Wi-Fi network. For example, I was at work and I controlled it from there, that was the reason for purchasing it. However, suddenly it stopped working if I am not on the same Wi-Fi network.

Secondly, the first time I bought it, it worked satisfactorily for almost 7-8 months and then it stopped connecting to Wi-Fi. So I replaced it, considering it a random defective product. However, today, again 8 months after the replacement, I am facing the same problem. It keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi and I cannot control it remotely. I see that other users also report the same problem, so we are not talking about a random occurrence but about a defective product that the Greek company that manufactures it does not seem to be addressing to improve. In short, it is a waste, do not buy it.

Thirdly, the application does not work properly if the product's Wi-Fi is not working. That is, if it does not detect the device as active on the network, it may still show that the device is activated when in reality it is not, or you may choose to turn it on and it freezes, etc.

If the company MASTER does not release an improved version of the product, DO NOT BUY the product. You are wasting your money.

Good functionality but after a few weeks it simply disconnected and froze, resulting in no functions working. The pairing with the network never worked again. Lifespan of 2-3 weeks. Possibly defective, but other users have also given up on it.

After a month, it disconnected and couldn't get the wifi to work again. I tried everything from the beginning but it won't connect. If I manage to do something, I will come back, otherwise I wasted 60 euros for nothing. It has been changed, we'll see, hopefully it will withstand over time.

The wifi works perfectly, very easy to set up, the application is in Greek and very easy and practical, as it opens the water heater from work from the mobile and closes by itself after 30 minutes. I also set it to open and close by itself in the morning, and in general, any setting can be made.

Congratulations to the Greek Company, I must admit I expected the switch to be inferior to the circumstances and ended up feeling proud...!!!
