I bought this phone used 3 months ago and I only have positive things to say! Initially, to the question of whether it's worth buying in 2024, the answer is YES! From the beginning until today, its performance has been satisfactory for a 5-year-old phone. It has a very good screen and the brightness is great even in sunlight. The speakers are good, the build quality is very good, the camera does its job well, and the video quality is still top-notch even after 5 years. Another thing that impressed me and I didn't expect is its battery! The battery life is really good (there are tests on YouTube and the 11 Pro Max is one of the best iPhones in terms of battery life). It easily lasts me a whole day with regular use! In conclusion, I would say that this phone is still very good and I believe that it's a good choice for €350-€400 used (of course, it should be in good condition).

Coming from the Android camp and having changed about 30 devices in total, I decided to try out an Apple device. Generally, the budget for mobile phones was a maximum of 350 euros. I tried Xiaomi, Huawei, and finally a Samsung S20 Plus. I bought it for 400 euros, used but in perfect condition, with the box. I have to say that I am surprised and here's why: I thought I would go back to 60 Hz, which I always prefer over 120 Hz. And yet, the 60 Hz on Apple devices is completely different from Android. The phone runs smoothly no matter what you ask of it. It has a very nice and sturdy construction, and there are countless options for cases and tempered glass screen protectors. The rear camera is decent (not extraordinary, especially in low light conditions, it could definitely be better). The video quality is flawless, without any stuttering that is common with Android devices. Face ID is not important to me, I could live without it and just use the fingerprint scanner. The sound quality is very good, the phone produces bass like no other phone I have heard before, honestly. And the best part is the battery. I bought it with 90% battery health, and it easily lasts a whole day with heavy usage. Only in games, especially heavy ones, does the battery consumption noticeably increase. Overall, it is a very reliable phone that made me understand why many people are so attached to Apple. Even though it is a 2019 model, it still has everything and performs well even today!

Owner of the phone for over 3 years now,
Build quality / screen / sound quality, speed (no lag whatsoever) EXCELLENT without exaggeration!
Software, Apple warranty, it has proven it after all.
What I want to emphasize is:
(a) the photos, especially the night shots and front camera shots, are very mediocre.. It could be much better.
(b) battery life, it truly is the phone I was looking for, in one word it's amazing! I easily get through the whole day with data and full brightness, using it for around 8 hours daily on average and still have battery left, around 20% with recent battery health at 92% *I should mention that this specific phone outperforms newer models of the company in this area, look it up on YouTube.

I bought the 11 Pro Max in January 2022. The phone is the best iPhone of the latest series that has passed through my hands (as an iPhone user only). I also used the 12 and the 13. I sold them as I got them. The build quality of the 11 Pro Max, the incredible processing power, the camera, and the speakers are all top-notch even today. I can't find any reason to buy something inferior in terms of construction like the 12 and the 13, which are made of aluminum in the casing, just to have a better processor (which objectively speaking, doesn't offer anything) and 5G.
And let's talk about 5G, which I fell into the trap with the new models. 5G consumes an incredibly large percentage of battery. The larger batteries in the new models don't offer any balance in this regard. Personally, my 12's battery wouldn't even last a day with 5G turned on. Unfortunately, 5G is useless for me. I don't download torrents on the go or stream 4K videos to need such excessive speeds. And I think the overwhelming majority here doesn't want something like that either. So think very carefully before buying a 5G phone if you really don't need it.

Hello from me too! For several years now, I have been trying out various flagship smartphones, but apart from an iPhone 4, I had never tried an iPhone before. In general, in the past 2 and a half years, I have had the P20 Pro, Mate 20 Pro, S10, P30 Pro, OnePlus 7 Pro, Pixel 5, and before getting the iPhone, I had the Note 20 Ultra. So, I will make a comparison between the devices I had.
• Build quality: a very sturdy device, it feels nice in the hand, and of course, the design of the phone is distinctive, and from afar, people can tell that the device you are holding is an Apple and it doesn't look like any other device.
• Display: amazing colors, very good viewing angles, and good brightness even under sunlight. I was worried about the 60Hz as I had 120Hz on the Note 20 Ultra. The difference was noticeable, but I got used to it in a few days and now it doesn't bother me. It's because of Apple's software, which has such animations that the 60Hz doesn't seem that noticeable.
• Battery: I am a demanding user. I take photos, watch movies, play games, spend a lot of time on social media, use GPS, and yet, I haven't managed to "kill" the battery in a day. What impresses me, and I haven't seen in any other phone except Apple, is that when I leave the phone, for example, at night and go to sleep, it doesn't lose any battery or loses only 1 to 2% with everything open. Amazing management. I charge it every one and a half days, and I don't worry if I leave the house with 50% or 60% battery because I know it will last. It doesn't charge fast, that's a fact, but it's better for the battery to last than to have to charge it twice a day.
• Performance: by far the best smartphone I have tested in terms of performance. I play Call of Duty and it runs better than on the Note 20 Ultra. I won't say anything more, it has been mentioned in other comments that it is very fast. I don't think there is a noticeable difference in performance compared to the next Apple models.
• Operating system: another fear I had when switching "camps". In the end, I got used to it in less than a week with no issues. I like it, it's comprehensive, but there are some things that Android has that I miss and will miss as long as I have iOS. For example, I miss customization (changing icons, trying different launchers, creating my own widgets, etc.). These are problems that the average user doesn't have, though. But the biggest thorn is called YouTube Vanced... For those who don't know, it's a version of YouTube that has no ads and plays in the background. The second part can be done if I access YouTube through Safari, but the ads are unbearable.
• Camera: it doesn't have all the extra features of other phones, but it does a few things and does them correctly about 90% of the time. My only issue is with the HDR, where Samsung and Google excel, and the fact that it doesn't do good portraits of objects. The skin tones in people are amazing, and the video is truly a separate category. The differences compared to the iPhone 12 and 13 are that it doesn't have night mode on all lenses (only on the main camera), it doesn't have the macro mode, and the cinematic video. I also uploaded two samples from two photos I took with the 11 Pro Max.
I was torn between this model and the iPhone 12, the regular one, and I chose this one because it has a better battery (as my wife says, it's better to be the big kid in elementary school than the small one in middle school). The 5G that the 12 has doesn't interest me since we are not yet ready for it in Greece. So, is the 11 pro max worth it in 2021? Definitely, it is worth it. But not at this price (with 150 euros more, you can get the 13 pro). However, as a used one that I bought, it costs around 650, which is a very good choice if you want to try an Apple device. I have had the phone for 5 months and I can say that it is an excellent device. I got the version with 256 GB because I needed a lot of space. I believe that if someone doesn't use a lot of space on their phone, they don't need to get the versions with 256 or even 512 GB. They can get the version with 64 GB.
Positives: It opens everything quickly, fast face recognition, takes excellent photos and videos, strong speaker, good call quality, and finally, the battery: I don't know what you guys say about the battery, but this phone easily lasts me a day using it for over 16 hours a day.
Negatives: Only the price is negative for me. If it was cheaper, around 800, it wouldn't have any negatives.

It handles everything without ANY lag.
The quality of the photos and videos is exceptional, of course.
The battery performs really well, with great autonomy. It lasts for about 1 day with all the above activities, reaching around 30% remaining.
Only with some calls I made in one day, the battery dropped by 10%.

- Display: Incredible colors thanks to the xdr Super Retina with very good resolution, amazing black color, and strong brightness even in very high lighting conditions (Sun). Excellent touch sensitivity with very smooth movements and incredible response.
- Speaker: Stereo sound, Dolby atmos, we are talking about a very powerful speaker and the most important thing is that it does not lose any quality. Quite good bass. Mainly sourced from Spotify in high resolution. Call quality and microphone are perfect. I never had any issues.
- Camera: What can I say, incredible capture in daylight conditions, not even worth discussing, but also in conditions of very low lighting without using Flash, we have very good results. I am not an expert in cameras, but I dare to say that the result is close to perfection!
Video, the best here for many years (I was an Android user and I had tried my friend's iPhone video. 4K 60fps. Flawless! I now experience it with my own iPhone!
- Battery: Satisfactory, with demanding use even after 1.5 years, it lasts almost a day. Heavy use of video and music playback mainly with open data and it lasts for 12 hours. Health has dropped to 93%, not bad.
- Construction: Sturdy phone, a bit heavier compared to other flagships, impeccable in style and quite durable, it has not shown any scratches. I take care of it a lot but it has fallen 1-2 times.

After 2 months of use, I will switch back to Android for the following reasons:
