  He did his job even so. You can extend the iron piece of the roller and by turning it, it "locks" perfectly, meaning it worked as it should, and also the handle can be extended and tightened to "snap" in place, which was falling off all the time. That is, if you want to paint the ceiling or if you have a low ceiling at home like me, you extend the iron piece, tie it all together on a stick and do your job just fine. I wouldn't buy it again, no, I would rather buy two simple cheap rollers, use one as it is and the other tied to a handle.
  P.S. I forgot to mention that it covers perfectly, it was used with a non-diluted anti-mold paint without any problem, of course it didn't run almost at all even though I was painting vertically on the ceiling. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't cover floors etc, it just doesn't run as much as other products I have used in the past.
