The LIFE Ponente table fan, with a diameter of 40 cm, features a modern design thanks to its black color and slim, compact construction. It offers a strong cooling breeze with its 50W power, while its practical design saves space and makes it easy to move to any room where you need it.

Although it is wrong that it is classified in the category of 40cm, as the reality is that its diameter is 30cm, and although it is not of very good quality, it is very good in its performance. The truth is that when I saw it, I did not expect it to do such a good job, as it has the ability to turn it upwards, and since its height is relatively small, it takes in cool air from the lower layers and sends it to the upper layers with very good results. I have been using it for 2 months, many hours a day and also at night, and for now, it is serving me well. I only hope that it will last for years.
I just received it and as soon as I completed the assembly and put it into operation, I saw that the mechanism is not well made in terms of weight retention, resulting in it ending up high up like in the photo after a few seconds. Poor construction or did I just get a bad product, I will never know because during disassembly the base latch broke and the black locking screw of the back cover was also damaged, so why should I send it back, they will tell me that I broke it. I hope you have better luck (the skroutz app crashes when I try to upload a video, I will try again from the computer)
4 stars for 2 reasons. Firstly, because it is not 40 cm but barely 34 and has a much larger and unnecessary casing than the taps occupying free space. Secondly, because the downward call is zero as it only goes up from the horizontal and above, resulting in it not being suitable for placement in high places. Otherwise, relatively strong and economical
Two fans were purchased. Good purchase. The fan at position 3 makes a very reasonable noise, in positions 1 & 2 it is quite quiet. Perfect for a bedroom (to run all night). One disadvantage is that it does not lean down enough if needed (e.g. when placed in a high position). If you have leaned it down, the gap between the bottom of the grid and the switch is small (for your hand to pass through and turn the switch).
Unfortunately, the quality is lower than expected. Poor quality plastic, noisy and ineffective. The price corresponds to the quality, which is below 10 euros, and I paid 28 euros for one (I bought 2 for the children's rooms). Give something more and get Morris or Rohnson.
The rotating speed selector is located almost behind the bottom part of the fan's blade, if you have it on the floor you have to reach under to select the speed. I set it to 3 and told my elderly parents to use it (on/off), directly from the outlet.
The vertical tilt (up-down) does not have clear tilt options that snap and stay in place where you might want, nor can you do it by tightening a screw.
It works at 3, but overall it looks small, "little" for a 50W and 40cm fan.
I would not buy it again.
I had bought the same model in 2020 and I bought it again now because the motor gave up. The best you will find for this money in terms of performance for 3 years (about 15 months in total). Plus, easy assembly, to clean the blades whenever you want.
As another user writes, surprisingly the screw and the nut for the metal casing are missing, but they are not necessary. I don't want to deduct a star for such a detail.
I couldn't imagine how good it is. Everything that has been said is true, I just want to mention the switch: Personally, I like it much more than the classic buttons-switches that everyone has, my only objection is the placement. Excellent for its price though, highly recommended.
VFM and the best in its category, minimal noise, quite economical and powerful for its wattage, I already have two and they are the best, especially now with the heat they made us look good! I recommend it!
I have it for 3 years.. the fan is top-notch.... I raised it one level higher... I found a broken fan in the trash and unscrewed the blade, which was in perfect condition, size 60cm. I removed the grille because the blade couldn't fit with the grille attached, and the fan on the first setting from a distance of 5 meters blows air like an air conditioning... if I put it on the 3rd setting, it almost takes off and reaches the ceiling.... Greek minds, my friend.... it is also quiet
honest fan for its price with satisfactory performance at close range without making annoying noise, I would say you can barely hear the blades normally.
After 2 years of use, it still operates just as powerfully from the low setting and quietly, without any vibrations.
In the box, you will find it disassembled, which does not require tools to assemble (instructions are provided).
The size of it inside the box is convenient for easy transportation if you go to a place where air conditioning is limited, such as family vacations where 10 people gather in one house.

Irrelevant information of the day:
Recipe for fried chicken: fillet a chicken breast into as thin pieces as possible > marinate with the spices you want in yogurt or sour milk for 6 hours > let them come to room temperature > dip them in a batter made of flour for cod > then coat them in finely crushed corn flakes > fry in 1 liter of corn oil on MEDIUM heat (each piece takes about 8 minutes)
Initially, it is not 50W, it is 40W (39.8-40.2W). I just got it, so I don't know if it will be complete after a year. What worries me is the up and down adjustment (Tilt angle adjustment), it is not with a screw to tighten it. You lower/raise it and it holds by itself, but when I move it, it changes and I have to adjust it again. So it might fall by itself after a year or rise by itself, I'm saying this now.
We will see.
update: it is complete, it hasn't shown any issues
When I bought it, I didn't expect much. However, it has worked all summer. Every day. It is quiet. Like a fan, I mean. It doesn't creak. The mechanism hasn't broken either. We are now starting the second summer.
The second summer has also ended...):
The tool works! The rotation mechanism has not broken. Very good.
