  Wrong choice. Basically, wrong construction. The components are wedged, making it very, very difficult to insert and remove. But the worst part is cleaning it; to empty the bin, the components must be removed.... I managed to do it with great difficulty the first 3 times, but now I can't do it anymore. It has gotten stuck, and with the insert and remove, the plastic at the joint has started to crack, so I haven't been able to effectively clean the vacuum. Also, it doesn't fit under sofas and armchairs as the small vacuum is down there in front and not up close to the handle.
  In general, it vacuums well on carpets. It is much easier and more user-friendly than a traditional vacuum.
  Of course, I wouldn't buy it again; I already regret it, it is not practical at all.

  I have had it for 1 year, it doesn't suck at all, it is definitely lightweight, but it's not worth it, and even if they gave it to me as a gift, I wouldn't take it, it would take up space even if they gave me money, also the construction is fake, the handle of the broom broke, basically I wasted my money, generally anything related to this type of broom is usually useless.   I bought 3 and all 3 motors burned out. They were still under warranty. They sent me new motors. I replaced them and they also burned out. 6 motors in total burned out. While my previous model, which I have had for almost 7 years, hasn't had any issues at all.

  Only with some modifications can it be used... The brush head from another vacuum luckily fit because its own suction cup is incredible. The cord is permanently tangled because it is too short. The collection bin is made of transparent plastic which can be removed because I am sure it would crack if it sucked up a pebble or a coin (the manual mentions this, but is it possible for this not to happen in a household?). If the manufacturer paid more attention to these three points and the fact that the motor gets very hot, it would be a super convenient vacuum cleaner even if it was sold for 20€ more. Very lightweight and flexible. I don't trust the hose at all, but I believe that if it breaks, I will be able to fit one from another vacuum. After the modifications I made, I love it!

  I threw away 34 euros. Firstly, the packaging is missing a small component that connects the brush to the main body. That's the least of it. The handle is heavy like iron, even though the whole thing is made of cheap plastic. If you try to sweep a little bit under a piece of furniture (I say "a little bit" because it's quite bulky to fit completely underneath), it comes apart and you're left holding the handle while the brush disconnects. When you try to open it to clean it, you sweat trying to close it again because it's difficult to fit together. It's a good thing I only paid 32 euros. I will also complain to the company itself. Personally, I threw it in the warehouse and it will stay there as something useless.

  Very powerful motor, absorbs almost like a large electric vacuum cleaner. So powerful that it sticks to the carpet and requires force to detach it and move forward (in combination with the fact that it only works on one level). However, its plastic parts are of average quality and require careful handling. Personally, one of the wheels on the base broke in the second week of use.
  Overall, it is practical and easy to operate as with the press of a button, the stick can be removed and transformed from a stick vacuum to a handheld vacuum. The provided accessories - long nozzle, round brush, upholstery attachment - are very useful for detailed cleaning of the space (corners, hard-to-reach areas, furniture, etc.). The dustbin is relatively easy to empty, but the HEPA filter requires some effort to clean due to the dust that accumulates between its folds. Lastly, I would like to add that the length of the cord is around 5 meters, it wouldn't be bad if it was 1-2 meters longer.

  I am upgrading my rating from 4 to 5 stars because I am impressed with the incredible response from the company's customer service department. I informed the company's customer service about the problem with the broken wheel on the vacuum's base and requested the corresponding replacement part (wheel) to be sent to me. Three working days later, I received a brand new base for replacement at my home! I truly have no words! Bravo to the company, which I note is Greek, for its professionalism and respect towards its customers!

  1) Firstly, I should mention that I had bought 4 of these vacuum cleaners during that period, with one of them turning out to be defective after a few months and minimal use, it stopped working (probably overheating quickly) and needed a motor replacement. This was okay, but it took about 1 to 2 months after the store sent it to the primo service center and they were responsible, as they told us. Overall, the technical support was okay.
  2) I observe with great surprise that within 2 years, its price has increased significantly. When I bought it for 30.04€ back then (around that price, everyone had it), now they sell it for 50+ €!!! The exact same model!! Somewhere...!!

  I bought it to see if this type of vacuum cleaner suits me because I hate the big ones, and now that my baby has grown up and leaves crumbs everywhere, it was a nightmare. Its reviews were very good and the cost relatively low. And it is AMAZING!!! Very powerful, I have reached to clean the whole house with it! It's worth its money. Of course, it has some small disadvantages. It doesn't suck up hair stuck in the carpet, but it has a brush attachment. It doesn't reach difficult corners like radiators or under low furniture, but it has a nozzle attachment, as well as an attachment for sofas, which is great for the baby's messy stroller! When you remove the foot to attach the accessories, it's a bit tricky and requires attention not to break the socket and render it useless. Also, the point where the handle attaches needs attention because if you force it while vacuuming the carpet, it can break. I broke mine a little and have been careful since then! It needs frequent emptying. You have to remember that it's a small vacuum cleaner at its core!!! It saved my hands and I have a clean house with a small child without spending a fortune. I bought it for my pregnant niece and now I'm ordering it for my sister. I think it's perfect for a student's house too.
