As a construction, I consider it to be of good quality. It is quiet and powerful. I don't think I will need to use the 2nd and especially the 3rd level...
I would give it 5 stars, but I have some negatives to add...
The assembly design is terrible. It doesn't help. My hands got caught and I managed it with a little difficulty... I didn't need an electrician.
But the main issue is that it doesn't accept a bulb. It has a round board where the LEDs are located. If it burns out, it requires a technician...
The light is not very powerful, I would prefer a bit more strength, but since I installed it in a bedroom, it is acceptable.

No assembly instructions! You have to guess and improvise to install it. Otherwise, it is a quality construction and worth the money.

It is a sturdy construction.
Generally, I do not particularly like ceiling fans, but some designs are very beautiful like this one.
To my surprise (we got it for the bedroom), it is very powerful and absolutely silent, you can't hear anything, even on the large scale you can't hear the slightest noise.
Definitely a value for money purchase from a reliable company. The only negative is the assembly instructions, nonexistent!
