Beacon Bayside Megara ceiling fan in white color with light. It is characterized by simple clean lines, ideal for indoor installation and suitable for installation in semi-outdoor or outdoor - coastal areas.
When installed outdoors, it must be protected from weather conditions (water, wind & dust) and there should be a wall on at least one side.
The Beacon Bayside Megara fan has an extremely low noise level thanks to the ABS material blades.
The ability to reverse the blade direction for winter operation is extremely useful. With this option, warm air is distributed from the ceiling to the lower level of the space, achieving better heat distribution and cost savings on heating without reducing the level of comfort.
Using a ceiling fan in conjunction with an air conditioner in a larger space helps to disperse the cool air more quickly throughout the area.

It has been installed on a ground floor balcony with a roof. So far it is very good. Strong and quiet. It works
I have it for over a year. It is installed in a bedroom. I turn it on during the summer, either during working hours (telecommuting) or during sleep time. Especially before sleep, I turn it on at full power with the windows closed for 15-20 minutes, and the difference is noticeable compared to the other rooms or even the same room before. The noise level is high, but it is not at a level that I cannot sleep (although I usually have it on low - the bed is almost below it). I bought a second one for another bedroom.
Purchase in October 2023 for 95 euros on offer. It is quiet only on the first level, noisy on the second and third levels. The wattage is 45 on the first level and 75W on the third level. It is aesthetically pleasing, good, and easy to install. Just be careful with the glass, as it is very thin and breaks easily. Mine broke when I unplugged it, it is so fragile that it breaks without even dropping a cigarette paper. Unacceptable for this reason and the three stars. You will also need two LED bulbs and two wall plugs with screws, as they are not included in the package. As for the brightness, it is very strong because it takes two bulbs, but of course, it also depends on the wattage of the bulb you will purchase. If I see anything else, I will come back
Placed in a bedroom of about 13 square meters, at the low setting it provides quite a bit of air which, while others complain about in the comments, is fine for me for sleeping, that's why I bought it. Maybe I would have liked even less air. At the second setting, it produces more air but also makes noise (the blades hitting the air). But even at the first setting, although it is usually quite silent, it occasionally makes a slight tapping sound which, for me being very sensitive to these things, is a bit annoying. However, it is stable, you don't hear any noise from the motor, and it has a nice minimalist design. At €118, it is very cheap, if I were to buy again, I would go for something more expensive and well-known, especially if it was my own house.

This one is quieter but the air doesn't circulate evenly throughout the room. When you're underneath, you still feel cold even at the lowest setting. In half a meter away, you can't feel anything, not even at the highest setting. Surely, if it had curved blades, it would help. I decided to get a more modern design and I regret not getting the same one I had before, which I thought was the best investment I made.
Although many mentioned that they would like it to be more powerful, I couldn't imagine it would be so weak. The third and last level should have been the medium one. Failed purchase, especially for so much money (139 €).
The only complaint I have is that the light has no brightness at all! We're talking about worse lighting than a firework lamp. Personally, it doesn't bother me much in the bedroom where I have it, but in case someone wants to put it in a living room or kitchen or in a space that needs a lot of lighting, they should not choose it. I read it in other comments as well, but I didn't believe that it would have such low lighting. Other than that, it is quiet. I mean, compared to a floor or table fan, it is 1/5 of the noise. As for its performance, I use it on low or medium at the end of June. I believe it will cover me for the summer.
I have installed generally more than 15 fans (5-6 different models). For this particular one, I can say that it is excellent, with proper design and very easy installation. It includes screws and a hook, but it does not include the two E14 bulbs. Pay great attention to screwing the glass cover of the bulbs, as it easily breaks if it encounters resistance.
Note: I am not an electrician nor do I have much knowledge, I just pay attention and ask. However, I installed it myself. If you don't know something, it's better to have an electrician do it. It was installed in a bedroom of about 14 square meters exactly in the middle. I wanted air on a bed that is attached to one wall and it cools adequately with the medium speed. The first speed I really think they put it just to say it has 3 speeds. What gave me a hard time was fitting all the fan wires and the power supply (they are hard and connected) in the ceiling along with the relay for the infrared connection. Eventually, I managed and no wire is visible, but it took me a while to figure it out. Also, while the screws in the packaging are very good, the wall plugs are useless. With €1 I bought 2 metal ones (I don't have insulation on top) and now I'm 100% sure. The blades are lightweight and made of good quality plastic. The remote control feels a bit cheap and I don't know if it will break how we can get another one. It also has 2 buttons that just take up space on it, but by pressing them, they "send" something with infrared. If I manage to control it from my phone (with infrared), then I will be fully satisfied! Tip: you can screw the blades AFTER hanging the fan body on its base. At the €100 it cost me, I consider it a good purchase.
Update almost 3 years later:
Everything is fine with the fan as well as with its remote control.
After a lot of searching, I ended up with this specific fan and fortunately it is exactly what I was looking for. Very sleek in appearance, when entering the room you don't even notice it, good build quality and easy installation by the electrician. It is also quite silent even on the highest setting, so it doesn't bother me during the night. It is ideal for a bedroom. The only downside I would say is the low speed which doesn't do much.
Well,
1. Ridiculous placement if they barely fit your hands.
2. Quality is quite good to excellent.
3. The light is sufficient to very good.
4. Minimal vibrations.
5. Power ONLY AT FULL for my standards, I wonder why it has a low setting if it barely turns.
In short, I would definitely buy a stronger one with more speeds because now that I have it, it will be permanently working at full power.
I have had it for about 10 days and I can say the best! First time I bought and installed a ceiling fan in my house and I was really amazed! The fan is quite high quality and given its price, I don't think there is anything better for this money. The package includes a remote control with which you can adjust the fan's speeds (Low-Medium-High) and of course, you can turn on/off the light with the corresponding button. Great convenience is the timer it has, so you can set the fan to work at night, for example, and then automatically turn off after a certain period of time (it has corresponding buttons on the remote control). On the Low-Medium speeds, the fan is quiet, while only on the high speed, which is the maximum, it is heard at a normal level, not to the point where it doesn't let you sleep. This natural "coolness" sensation it provides is the best and of course much healthier than using an air conditioner. I will definitely buy a second one for the bedroom. I highly recommend it.
