Indeed, it is very good at hiding the cables while standing upright, which was convenient for me as it reduced the distance of the charging cables to the surface of the desk, while sitting at the edge of it, resulting in extra legroom without the fear of getting tangled in the cables.
It accommodated a 4-outlet power strip, with two mobile charging adapters and two transformers for the laptop and monitor, while still having plenty of space.
However, it is made of two pieces of plastic of average quality - it could have been much cheaper.

Poor construction quality. The lid doesn't even close properly, it seems to be the wrong dimensions and the edge falls slightly. Having had other boxes like this, I would say it doesn't compare and find something better

It is exactly what it needs to be. It fit a 5-outlet surge protector, an 8-port Ethernet switch, 2 monitor power supplies, and several meters of cables. The lid has notches on the edge to secure it. The plastic is relatively thin, but it doesn't bother me as it is not for heavy use. Everything is clean and organized.

Of course, it depends on how many slots the power strip you want to place inside has. Naturally, as a black color, it shows all the dust, fingerprints, and scratches it had or will acquire over time, but that's understandable due to the material and color.

Nevertheless, it is large enough to comfortably fit a 6-outlet power strip, plus 2 or 3 external transformers. I placed it under my desk with a desktop PC, router, monitor, etc., so we're talking about quite a few cables!
The downside so far is that it collects dust quite easily, and being black, everything shows! But it is easier to clean a little box than to struggle with a vacuum cleaner around a power strip and a bunch of cables! Also, the plastic quality is so-so. However, you will most likely hide it behind some furniture, so you won't even see it!
Overall, prefer the medium size and above (I got the large 40cm one) to have more space.
