It has a fairly good continuous vibration and the intensity of the vibration can be adjusted, but not too much. It has 3 levels of intensity, regardless of being adjusted with a wheel. Its wedge is smaller than I expected. It has a thickness slightly less than a regular finger and a length of about 10-11 centimeters. It is very good for a beginner and I recommend it, but not for someone who wants something bigger and more powerful. Also, batteries are not included in the package and I generally recommend rechargeable AA batteries with a corresponding charger.
