I have been using it for 3 months due to convenience. I would like to say not to judge it before 2 months. Probiotics require at least 2-3 months of administration to see any results. I also believe that it helps to start a low FODMAP diet so that there is no discomfort until the probiotics do their job. (with the help of a specialist, of course)

It doesn't have any side effects but it hasn't helped at all. Compared to other similar products, it didn't help me at all. Even with a higher dosage, I didn't see anything amazing. Trying other probiotics from different companies, I would either see a big difference or a small one, but here, nothing. Although their other products are excellent, I wasn't satisfied with this one

I had a problem with chronic constipation for years, recently due to a protein-rich diet, I wanted to try probiotics to see if it would have an effect on proper intestinal function. I have been satisfied to the fullest extent with this specific product so far. I recommend it! For those it didn't work for, I think they should increase their daily intake. For me, it only worked with one a day.
