    Average quality construction. It is not sturdy enough, even though it is locked it still moves quite a bit, but at least it doesn't allow the steering wheel to make a full rotation. In less than a month, the rubber that covered the chestnut broke, resulting in grease dripping on the steering wheel (see related photos)
