Bamboo fibers which are plant fibers derived from the bamboo stem. You can use them in cakes, muffins, and doughs to give a crunchy taste. They do not contain gluten, lactose, soy, or allergens. They are also not absorbed by the body during digestion.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
What the other users have mentioned is true. It doesn't clump, nor does it have any strange taste. I use it for a specific diet, low in carbohydrates, where together with other products of plant fibers (such as oats, wheat, mix fiber, etc.), as well as low-carbohydrate products (such as coconut flour, wholemeal dinkel, ZEA-type wholemeal, etc.), it blends perfectly.
This flour is 100% fiber, meaning that the body does not absorb it, which means it is NOT a flour that can be used on its own. You should use it in a ratio of 20% maximum along with 80% of the other flour you will use. This way, you will make the final product even lower in carbohydrates. For a keto diet, it is simply a must.
Its texture is literally like powder, it is also extremely light, meaning that if you put 10 grams of another flour and 10 grams of this one, the volumetric amount could be 3 times more because this is light as a feather.
It is user-friendly, does not clump, and mixes easily with other ingredients. It also does not add flavor, which is even better.
WARNING: drink plenty of fluids, fiber flours absorb a lot of liquids, so you need to give it plenty of fluids so it doesn't absorb what your body needs. It also helps with gut balance.
You MUST not use a huge amount, it always needs to be mixed with another flour! We tried it on its own and it was perfect in taste, completely neutral and fluffy BUT it causes bloating and diarrhea since everything you eat from it leaves 100%, nothing is absorbed.
I have been using it for about a year now for low-carb diet recipes. I am very satisfied as it dissolves easily and does not clump. Highly recommended!
