I thought it wouldn't be anything special, but it actually makes a real difference. You don't need to be a connoisseur to "get it". It makes fried food very crispy, like from famous restaurants, and the thing you'll notice is that it doesn't retain oil. It's the first air fryer I've ever bought, so I can't say if it's good or not. What's for sure is that I will experiment with different foods.
