The most useless product on the market, after two years of operation, the motor started to heat up, resulting in it stopping working after three minutes, and of course, it completely jammed.
Quite good quality construction, easy assembly up to the third ladder, it is quiet in the eighth speed, it sweeps well but it is also a bit noisy, the control is user-friendly but I would like it to have up-down in the speed selection and not just up. As for its durability, time will tell.
In the assembly, I had difficulty putting the connecting hub between the two racks. The screw was too short and I had to use a larger one and add a washer. Otherwise, it is powerful and the controller is definitely a plus. I will come back to comment on its lifespan.
For 80 watts and 45 cm diameter, I expected it to be more powerful. The Morris fan that I have, even though it's 60 watts with a 40 cm blade, seems stronger to me. Maybe it's just my impression though, I can't be sure. Apart from that, I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by its quality. It has good plastic, it doesn't creak, and it seems quite sturdy. The display is not very bright, with a strange gray color, and besides the speed indicator, the other indications are small and not visible. You have to stick your face close to see them. Someone else pointed this out and it's true. It's a minor flaw. The "natural" and "sleep" functions don't make much sense to me, but they're there for anyone who needs them. I always operate it in normal mode. The timer switch is set for 7.5 hours instead of the 15 hours of the Morris, because the hours change by 0.5 instead of 1. As for the noise, I can say that it does quite well. Even at max speed, it doesn't bother much and the noise is within reasonable limits. What bothered me is that the speed selection button on the remote control only increases the speed, and to decrease it, you have to go through the whole cycle. How difficult would it have been to add two buttons +/- for this purpose? Inconsiderate. Anyway, for the 36 euros that I bought it for, I think it's worth the money for what it offers. It claims to have a 5-year warranty. We'll see.
Very satisfied.
Powerful when needed.
Quiet ".. When needed.
I am not bothered by it both in the powerful and in the "quiet" mode. Completely quiet, don't look for it... It's a machine... a fan... Otherwise, buy an AC...!! Personally, even in high temperatures... I am satisfied.
Advantage the remote control. However, the screen is not very visible from a distance because the numbers are not bright enough, you have to get closer to read smaller letters. It has interesting settings. Assembly is probably difficult. Untrained hands are not helpful at all!!!!! The instructions are in Greek and English, but very general. It sounds low, it doesn't bother at all.
Looking for a sleep fan, I heard it in operation at the store and the first setting seemed quite quiet. However, in a quiet environment, it is still loud enough to not forget about it. From the 3rd setting and onwards, it is very powerful. It has additional sleep and "natural" functions, which are not explained in the manual, and what they do is adjust the speed for a more random airflow. In sleep mode, however, even though the lowest speed is selected, the fan sometimes exceeds it, resulting in the sound being loud again and unsuitable for sleep. Otherwise, sturdy construction, quality plastics, a screen that turns off a few seconds after changing a setting, a confirmation sound that is not annoying, a good remote control, the only downside being the cheap closure of the metal grilles with the soft plastic screw tightening clip that I am afraid to tighten too much in case the plastic slots of the socket give up. It remains one of the cheapest fans with electronic control and more than 3 speeds.
