Instructions for Use: For a traditional cake: 1 package Farina Yiotis - 1 ½ cups of butter or margarine - 2 ½ cups of sugar - 4-5 eggs - 1 ¼ cups of milk - vanilla or orange zest. Beat the butter, gradually add the sugar and the eggs one by one. Continue beating for 3 minutes. Add the Farina alternately with milk and the flavoring, stirring gently. Place the cake mixture in molds and bake in a moderate preheated oven for 1 hour. Allow the cakes to cool in the molds for 10 minutes, then place them on a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
